XperiaFirm. You can download it from
here:http://download.hardreset.info/sony/
2. Afterwards open the Flashtool and click on XperiaFirm icon.SONY Xperia Z Ultra C6833 Flashtool
3. On the left side you should have the list of Sony Xperia Models.
4. Scroll down and find your exact model.
5. Then look for the firmware that suits you the most and click on it.
6. Afterwards tap on the number of the software at the top right corner.

i have a new one. first 2-3 days i take it with home wi-fi and it upgrade internal programs. today i was to change my sim-card from old phone to this one. no phone, the triangle stay empty. i extract sim-card, try to turn off the phone, but it stay on with a orange circle to go. i turn off it with press volume + and power, after 3 vibes it turn off. i check Sony site and they write: try to upgrade the system phone, check imei. i go to check imei and i discover: imei null, no numbers or letters, nothing and nothing. the phone had 4 days and was new from Germany and i'm sure i don't have install nobody program, only let the phone to upgrade automatically. what to do ? thank.
