How do I skip Windows Update on startup?
Fix #5: Clean Boot
- Boot into the system.
- Press the Windows and R keys to open the Run dialog.
- Type msconfig.
- Click OK or press Enter.
- Go to Services tab.
- Check the Hide all Microsoft services option.
- Click Disable all.
- Go to General tab.
